Privacy Policy

 This document outlines the Terms and Conditions under which the Client/Service User accepts the services provided by Care360. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a contract with Care360 that incorporates all terms stated herein.

 Care360 will provide the services as set out in the Client/Service User Care Plan, as Care360 and the Client/Service User may agree to amend from time to time by prior agreement. The provision of services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service: 


 All invoices are payable immediately on receipt and must be paid directly to Care360 by either direct debit, Cheques or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Xalco Ltd’. 


  If payments are late, Care360 may, without prejudice to its other rights, suspend services. In addition, if payment is not received in full within 10 days of the invoice date, interest will be charged at the rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding balance. Should an invoice remain unpaid for a period of 10 days or more, Care360 reserves the right to terminate the services provided with 24 hours’ notice and to charge for any reasonable costs incurred in taking steps to obtain payment.   


  1. For one-off bookings 24 hours’ notice must be given of any cancellation or amendment to any booking or time agreed between Care360 and the Client/Service User for the services to be delivered. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for the visit being levied.
  2. For Monthly care, a 14 days’ notice of cancellation or amendment must be provided to avoid being charged in full.
  3. If a visit requires cancellation due to a verifiable medical emergency, then no charge will be levied. d) To terminate or substantially revise service provision, a full 14 days’ notice is required by Care360 


  1.  Care360 cannot guarantee that a particular Caregiver will be able to remain with the Client/Service User throughout the entire period during which services are required. We will, however, take all reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of care.
  2. If a Caregiver leaves an assignment early, the Client/Service User should telephone Care360 immediately and Care360 will find a replacement Caregiver as soon as possible.
  3. If a Caregiver fails to attend an assignment, the Client/Service User should telephone Care360 within 15 minutes of the expected arrival time and Care360 will ensure to find a replacement Caregiver as soon as possible.
  4. In circumstances where a Caregiver is unable to work due to illness or accident, Care360 will provide a replacement Caregiver as soon as possible.
  5. In the event, that the Client/Service User reasonably considers that a Caregiver supplied by us does not possess the skills necessary for the assignment, the Client/Service User should provide Care360 with full details in writing whereupon Care360 will ensure to provide a replacement Caregiver as soon as possible.
